    The calculation of QI and degrees after TDC

    I wanted to ask you the most? experts if this calculation for the QI pu? to be exact, +or - mix up to? not having some sensitive data, I use a little groping.
    QI=Tinj*flow
    flow rate = 0,6* sqrt(2/density? diesel)*orifice area(in m2)*sqrt pressure(in Pa).

    For the degrees of advance:
    (rpm * 360 * Tinj)/60000000
    to these we subtract the degrees of advance, and find myself the degrees after TDC.

    everything does not take into account the delay of the opening and closing of the injectors

    Correct?

    Thanks a lot

    According to me, I'd do this calculation

    For calcolarti the degrees of the post, just that you calculate the duration and make a difference with the advances

    in fact, Tinj ? the injection time in the us, what do I do ?:
    rpm * 360? and I find the degrees/min, divide to 60000000 and I find the degrees/us, the multiplication for the time inj in the us and I find how many degrees the shaft is in the time of the injection, these we subtract the advance and that I find the degrees of the post after the tdc.
    This formula I was clear enough, however I have doubts on that of QI, first why? I do not know the area of the orifices of the injector, and the second I can +or - to find the density? diesel, for the rest I would like to understand if the formula we can gain or ? wrong. About I can calculate the mm3 of diesel oil by rail and opening time, but an accuracy of +or - 5 mm3, it seems to me too high, I'd like to get to an accuracy of +or - 1 mm3, even why? gi? cos? it does not take account of the delay times of opening and closing of the injector.

    You can only do this by having a test bench, injector, that allows you to know the flow, in the function of US and PRail.
    Let it be the calcolco with the pressure loss in the orifice. Do not know of the loss of load distributed along the whole body of the injector, you don't know the pin, you do not know the inclination of the holes....Another that 5mm3 error.
