bmw 320 instrument panel off

Today when I got back to the house, about 80 to me ? cleared the framework , the cio? off including the hands, then turned on again by doing the test ? everything came back normal.
Should I worry about
There ? never happened something like that, ?

to be safe you have to look at the welds behind the instrument panel !!! otherwise without disassemble anything, make a diagnosis and see a p? what do you say ...
