lancia ypsilon problem remote control

Raga are struggling with a lancia ypsilon 1.2 year 2008 after the encoding of a new key with remote control ( taken at the fiat) it does not work the remote control, the cio? goes in motion but is neither opening nor closing from the remote control.
Diagnosis if I go in the parameters, and click the open button will not hear it but where it says remote control used, 2 or 1.
I have already sent back a key thinking it was defective, ( in fact a magaziniere where I ordered the key I was also told that it was a defect already happened, then when I picked up the second key, another magaziniere tells me the opposite.... those who understand?! and I find myself with the same problem.
Closing with the key to the door the central locking works.
