Problem reading dcm1.2 with kessv2 official

and' some day I'm' beating to read an Ecu DCM1.2 2825630-hw 8200911560 sw 8201112294 a kangoo 2011
with kessv2 official in the obd but nothing to do.
I was able to read with galletto V54clone but I can not with the Kess official.....
has anyone solved a similar problem?
