    problem alfa 159 1.9 150 hp

    hello guys I have a problem on the alfa 159 multijet 150 hp dpf.
    then, the car features of the turbulence-and medium-high engine speeds with consequent high fumosit?
    seems to be the classic problem of the swirl but it's not giving me the DTC and what's even more? strange ? on the intake manifold not ? the rod of command n? the graft the same to the valves
    the cio? it seems to have already? the manifold is the modified one from the manufacturer.
    who lights me up???

    could be many things...start with check the dpf, was the egr, air filter, fuel filter and injectors.

    try to chiuderele the swirl then, cos? you're safe (unless you have broken the blades inside).
    Otherwise, check also if the shaft of the turbine is working properly.

    as I close the swirl since it does not c'? the dipstick on the manifold, and to unmount it you must disassemble half the machine...

    Just as david says...

    Are below and to tap dismantle the car, even if you have to remove a lot, but the space is not missing. In compensation, to eliminate them, we put a moment because if you just remove the old and threading the holes with thread diameter of six and put a simple studs with allen head 5mm.

    This type of collettroi has swirl very delicate and broke up in the head frobbing the valves and the turbine. Almost certainly the valves bent to me, considering that on the latter models have the rod 5 and not 6 as usual, and just no time to fold them... like a piece of swirl.

    PS: check the wire of the temperature sensor...
