    Map Alfa 147 1.9 JTDm 120 hp

Hello all, I am a new user and I wanted to post you the map of my 147 1.9 jtdm 8v 120 hp, made first by a trainer, then retouched by me to be a little more powerful.
The machine has fairbox ramair and downpipe so that's why you will find on the map the change of an overboost decreasing, because with an overboost original I had peaks of 1.8 bar with precta and the original filter had not, after about 15 maps, or found the right compromise between speed of rise of pressure and peak and constant working on prex turbo and an overboost, here are the maps.
I have not worked on the maps limiters diesel very much, I preferred to work on the maps injection time, advances max 2? and rail pressure for a 5% at the most.

I agree to both comments and criticisms, so long as they are constructive and not of the type "this map I don't like" and it disappears

the pedal does not ? adequate to all the rest, and it's good, 1c1fac know what ?? I don't know nemmno I because even the damos says what ?, the egr goes well torque limiter too soon, too many steps, and not adequate to the demands pedal the fact that it tends to come up is fine, advances the absurd should beat the engine are destructive of all those degrees, 1d1fdc and to follow must never ever touch, the turbine 200 points, but you're a little high blood pressure, you should know what you go to meet, verbost I don't know really because I never touched, and when I did it I did it in this way, the rail from the top where it is not necessary? this is only my personal opinion which may well be contradicted by anyone someone much more experienced than me definitely will give you some other indication

According to you, the advances are too high 2 degrees maximum? SSinceramente I thought no, turbo be nn I pass the 1.55 bar pressure gauge with this map, thanks for your advice oreziosi

but the pedal alzalo more and you can start with loads lower than for cash advances, do not give up so down, but you do something like the rail by a 5% - to-medium loads and high loads is not needed you can go down to a 4% to pressure the turbo if you have monitored and it's okay if affixed you have adapted to the changes

the I tried it and not me ? liked it, seems to be braking, and then I have to roll up their sleeves and I have rebuilt a healthy plant from the first project, remodeling max of 2? at full load at full rpm down rpm and dicarico up to 1? of advance, increased torque limiters in the area above 2000 rpm and increased maps pedal, and given a 10 to surge of fumes, which if I'm not mistaken should be limiters of diesel fuel based on the air being blown in.

I hope I have improved, and in the morning, I try

I had a look at the "mod v3", keep in mind that I have the ecu on the car of my father, and now of the tests I've done enough... advances not c'? nothing wrong to change them in a substantial way, the limit we say are 27? maximum at 4500rpm, to stay safe, then not ? said that with 27, the car is handsome, but... the values that change, thinking that they are bit of the rail are not one of them... until 17000bar should not disconnect because the bits are to that value...
1c1f86 let ori, does not affect the behavior of the machine... then if it does not touch the various limiters, but you focus on the maps of the time, you don't need n? touching the torque limiter n? the pedal...

Then how ? now it's not okay because I touched both times that limitatiru torque and map the pedal? Should I adjust from one side or from the other?

then I made a log with fes, 3000 rpm at full load I am 83 mm3 of fuel, 1675 bar and 1.55 bar of turbo pressure, I had set out to test the 1700's bar, but you can see me limited, here is the step 4 that I've tried fes, it's good as a diesel 160cv or I still need, I should also measure the mass of air? correction to the injection on the edf I should check on all 4 cylinders?
