Problem lights, ford fiesta 2004 1.4 TDCi

Hi I have in the workshop a ford fiesta 1.4 TDCi 2004 with a strange problem with the lighting system (vigil, position lights, stop lights, license plate etc...)
the problem arises in this way, that everything is with the machine in motion that having only the ignition is switched on, switching through the selector switch, the lights positions and the anabaglianti, the positions of the front, rear and licence plate lights are all turned off, but light up as soon as touch the brake pedal (all except the license plate lights), together with the stop. Pressed and the machine have been changed the rear brake, mounting ones of the resort, with the appropriate connection of all the wires and solder (this change was made about 3 years ago, while the problem is present in about 1 year). I can not understand what is the origin of the problem.
