    Saab 1.9 TTid edc16c39

Good evening guys, by not often in the forum and are not of the craft, unfortunately, for which I apologize in advance if I ask questions trivial.
I doubt there is a some management to be performed on my unit. As you see from the title, are the user of a Saab that mounts the engine mjet Fiat with 180 hp of series. The first question is on the 6-speed manual gearbox that mounts my drive. That is: in the unit there is a map that to me limits the flow to prevent damage to the gearbox? The second doubt concerns the conversion of mm3 diesel/torque. And that is: I believe that I have identified in the map that section that does the conversion. If I am using the map the pedal do a torque value that exceeds the maximum expressed in the conversion, is actually processed by the ecu, or stops at the maximum limit that the map is "conversion"?
I hope not to be too arzigogolato.😃 Thanks in advance.

you should update both maps, both the conversion and the map, pedal

So I recommended to rescale the map conversion to be able to have those values that I would only be in the map diesel?

Of course, you must re-scale the map with the breakpoint

For that....if I want to exceed that limit, I have to adjust not only the values in the map conversion but I have to adjust the bp. Also because they are the ones that set up to mount all over the map. Right?

If you set, for example, 600nm from the pedal, and the map nm/iq has the value max 500 you have to bring the final bp from 5000 to 6000 in 2d and adjust the whole column to the q.ty that you want to inject when you ask 600nm

Sorry for the question but..***** and do I know how many mm3 of fuel it takes to have a certain torque?

Here I precisely understand....then I think I will not say stupid things by telling you that the required values in the nm maps are reference values and not actual that the processor of the ecu considers to correllare the request of the pedal to all the rest. In the sense that it has well-defined parameters and calculated up to 500nm (if your map is similar to the fiat, as I have yet to open). If so, the ecu knows that when you press the pedal and have 500 you know that reached a certain pressure rail and turbo can inject through the times 100mm3. There are, however, of the limiters iq that cut before. Now, if your car is ori and not heavily modified mechanically do not touch the map conversion because it is already calculated up to 100mm3 enough and advance. You just have to unlock it and make it arrive

The maximum value is 88,something. 100 can't get there.

And I know there are a lot of things to tap to get there
