Hello all,

I think I already submitted, but I've done a bit of confusion between the various forums.
Are struggling with the remapping of the "old" punto 1.9 jtd 80 hp with which I would like to start aentrare in the world of tuning. Are practical diagnosis and anything else on the fiat and bmw...the car home, but never tried the tuning.
The point is the donor for this.
From what I read is a motor that is suitable to be remodeled, I speak dipoco to get to the limits meccnici and I do piùper imarare that for another. I remedied the software and are waiting for hardware (the stuff in chinese).
I downloaded the file ori and I'm looking into, but not nasconod that still are not able to intervene.
I would be grateful if you could let me have a modified file such that it can be studied and compared with the original and possibly "fired" in the ecu to see ...the effect. Grateful to anyone who wants me to help. I repeat a tuning sustainable by the old woman, without excesses.

...I'm browsing through the map found on the network and the original one...with titanium...I've seen that the program allows you to load both files and compare incon optimize in 2D. I see that the map touched up was touched a little everywhere in the beginning and in the limiters and instead left the original in the turbo. All of the areas touched-up seem to make sense to my eyes except the area phase injection (map 1/1) from "serrated" has become a flat line across the entire RPM/load, or the value is 12000 everywhere. What does that mean?

This map surely is the management of the EGR in edc15 you close so.
If you study and start to work with it also by just changing some maps and the places you will see that you will find help.
You should start by maps the pedal and the torque limiters,

that is the egr, making it as the view is excluded from the operation.
to operate the turbo on this car, the map of the turbo pressure is of little use, that is more of a limiter than anything else, since the turbine is managed electronically, but it is at a fixed geometry. given that it is managed electronically by pierburg, is by itself to raise the turbo pressure you need to work on the maps of the PID control. the problem is that they are out of the driver

so to recap the map I posted only removes the EGR?...it would already be a test to do. But how can I add some horse by working with the drivers of the ECM just to experiment?

Thanks, I adapt myself to the rules delforum but sometimes some rules just do not understand...okay. I conversant on the operation of the engine and on the logic of combustion and aware of the danger of the advance on diesel engines.
That said, I seem to understand that to map this model should intervene only in some parts/areas (for example, turbo pressure and quantitò diesel)... in the event that they are these are the areas I would like to understand how to arrive at indentificarle in the map and as far as I can incrmentare. It also seems to me to have understood that with titanium drivers to help identify the areas....it is correct what has been said above?
