..the file is saved in the pc..the riaprirei as if I wanted to transfer it to the ecu..it was just a convenience for not having another cable on the legs(I have a small child and I find the time for the pc when he is sleeping and on the bed with the laptop less cable I have the better..

In my mpps5 you don't need a cable to upload the files into the soft to read the data.
The v12 if not connected(not to include the famous plugin) does not open without the cable..
