hello tranky that the pump mounts to your 147? cp1H R60? R65? these pumps on the 147 they kinda suck, I could not tell you why the same pump on a 159,croma,G. punto,bravo,etc...the 1.9 120cv don't cause problems I don't know...
if you need to replace, I would recommend you to go directly with a pump 2,4 cp1H R70, or you may revise your installing the cam and pistons 2.4 to the interior of your however it takes a good pompista and a little bit of money...

Of money I've virtually ZEROI have a friend yet another motorist/Romanian with a pump of the car which has broken down, and always 147 but the first edition and should be compatible..
Tomorrow max Saturday, I try to replace it and see if I can resolve the visa that you pay for maps that I make every so often on the GT..
Being machine is born uncool, anyway.. since a year I have done everything:
Cutting, distribution, pump, clutch, springs, and pistons (trimmed to 3cm seen that cost as much as the ori), ecu, injectors, tires, tailgate, and brake disks...
If I bought the pieces, I assembled easily with all the pieces that change month-to-month...

Forgive me but if the map ori do not have problems I do not think that it is a mechanical problem, but more of the map... Sec me regarding the map, reports ori the prex rail and see if it makes the same problem...

not quite so, walter, when you make a map with all the injection system, pump, injectors and regulators, is inevitably to work more' accentuating perhaps the problems that the original does not have (for the moment), but that in any case there are, and as they have already said the pumps AT these car problems and damage, with a will, and then also putting ori the rail the problem will probably remain, a good pump overhauled and it should go all ok.

Unfortunately I have to give reason to ugoboss (grudgingly, since I'll pay for it) but any map up to now has given that problem, even the most stupid increments are ridiculous.. And I'll pay!!

Eh, unfortunately, every car has its flaw!! It makes me strange, honestly, because the first thing that they do those pumps is used in diesel, then you understand that there is something wrong. Then I will tell you I have the 147 I, I'm sorry if I'm unbalanced to tell you of the map, and that on my own I had the problem that if I exaggerate with the prex rail goes recovery. Then if I understand it, yours is already a second series, if it is the 150hp, which has the same pump in the 2.4 I was strange to all of them

    Hi,
sorry if I have not written news, but with a temporary ban, I had difficulty to login in the site... (no comment).
I replaced the fuel pump with an alfa 147 with the same model as my own.. tadààààà !! Same problem and I also came P0092.
I have read that the pump internally has a filter and in the tube is placed in a reducing (pin perforated) that delimits the flow.. I do Not have yet occurred but could this be the problem, considering that the low pressure I cleaned, the high pressure replaced and gives me the error again ?
Less than before but at the end comes out anyway.. in the meantime I've disabled the DTC 0091 at least I don't have to turn off the car and restart (not always) after a while it shot, and at the moment does not seem to see the p0092 (which I don't know why it came out of me after replacing the pump and unscrew of riavvitamento of the slow filter that has sprayed how to RoccoSiffredi..)
Saturday I try and I know, while I accept any advice.
    Thanks 1k!

    Update..
I changed almost everything.. and TADAAAA.. always the error with mapping rail..
If I leave the map rail ori and edit the rest, nothing in the error..
They told me (a pompista quite reliable) that ste pumps do not support most of the requests of the ori.. so I take it in the (_._)
Now I edit on a spopositata all the maps except the one of the rail but I wonder:
by modifying the bp, ask for more, couples, diesel.. without changing the map-rail, what are the limitations that I encounter?
Mechanically they are poor then I ask those who know..
Honestly I now have a map to limit clutch wear that I have that does not flap and makes it well, but above 4000rpm it feels that it lacks power and goes a bit to empty..
Maybe I could moddare other maps for those rounds, but with the mod the rail that void was filled in, even if it went into recovery every time...
