the audi a4 is not part

hello all,I have a problem with this audi a4 1.9 tdi, a friend of mine, the machine was stopped for about a month and the battery was not able to start, reloaded, done the battery test all ok, refit in the car, provo is a part, turn off pass about 10 minutes and then try to turn it on and leave the radiator fans and the AC and the engine does not start ir?..... in the pi? known that the battery goes down? immediately in the space of 2/3 minutes to start tests.reloading the battery back in,reassemble turn on the ignition and I hear the low pressure pump in the tank turns as if it were under stress,I remove the entire pump, clean up around the provo bench, and it's good.... control the current that reaches the pump ok 12,4 v reassemble everything, I try and the car is in motion I do a tour, everything ok .then I turn off and try again to put in motion, and again leave the fans and the machine will not....... can be a problem of the ecu ??

that's weird , I've double-checked the current that arrives at the pump BP voltage, and 12.3 v but if I check with the pilot light can not even turn it on !!
