Hi wailer,I did not understand well,sorry, however, when you write the message and want to attach something to go next to the button to submit the answer and click on mode? advanced , scroll down to the bottom where you will see manage attachments, click and you will open? a screen where you can upload and manage your attachments(photos,files, etc),the choose, the loads and send it in. I hope I was of some help.
