This is a change in hardware. You must first remove the corrosion resistance of 100 ohms between pin 6 and pin 14, then you must connect both pin 6 and the pin 14 to ground through a resistance of 100 ohms and a capacitor of 560 picofarad in the series. (see attached diagram)

The capacitors in general have an average tolerance that ranges from 5% to 10% , now I can't remember well in the business standard sold for the ability? in pf, but you can always put in parallel with a 470 pf with a 100 pf.

again I ask excuse not riusendo to open the images, I go for the idea : pins 6 and 14 must go connected together and in turn ill all be connected to ground through a resistor 100 hom and a capacitor 560 pf which are parallel between them, right ?

If you go into an electronics store, capacitors 560 picofarad are easily found. Originally, the elm327 commonly sold on the internet have a resistance of 100 ohms between pins 6 and 14 (which then would be the pin that connect to the can bus of the car). You have to remove this resistor, and then connect separately to both the pin 6 pin 14 to ground through a resistance of 100 ohms and a capacitor 560 picofarad in series (one after the other).
