Golf 5 throttle body, again the same error

Hello all , I have three errors in the car and do not know if this may be related:

p3103 motor butterfly
p0691 fan low speed?
p1699 can communication electric steering

in wolswagen they told me that the fan is related to the throttle body cos? I have replaced it but did not ? changed nothing.

it can be the ecu?

ps the car is fine but the pious door motor indiertro the customer and I would not be the fan on low speed. any help ? well I agree . thanks

it seems to me very unlikely to be the ecu.
rather can? be a wiring problem

replaced the fuse are gone, the errors with the exception of that of the electric power steering system that also works well. facts for now I leave it so?.
I reinstalled the throttle body old and works great.
