    for a diagnosis you board autocom and make all kinds of cars, while if you want to spend a lot less and have a less of the diagnosis, I suggest an elm327.
    read and write the ecu will board a galletto v2, with this you can work from the serial bdm, if you want to spend a lot less then a mpps v12 but with this you can work only from the serial port and some models are not supported.

    for the airbags you need a program that will clean the file, or a database file already? ready, there are a lot of them around... and of course to read and write the eeprom, or the processors you need a programmer...
