As regards the smoke, check that there are no sleeves broken, and that the mass air flow sensor is in good condition.
Go quiet that do not break anything to remove katalizzatore and prekat and dpf...these are just urban legends...removing the kat, dpf and prekat, don't do anything that facilitate the evacuation of the exhaust gases, and then recoveries also something in terms of performance. For the speech in one piece and the turbine and the other..do not break anything..but...removing the prekat, you are going to greatly lower the exhaust temperatures, and this is just FINE to the turbine.
Do as you suggest, remove the swirl, control sleeves, accurate, control mass air flow sensor, read the map, and put it...you look at it gladly

You're just giving advice all the wrong.
Remove the precat leads to rupture of the turbine? But when ever???
Remove the precat considerably lowers the temperature of the turbo, and, therefore, prolongs the duration.
Also on the 2.4 has a substantial increase in low rpm, as the turbo has a response pi? ready and ? pi? fast rise of pressure.
And the downpipe is not ? the straight tube to replace the fap, but ? just the semicurva to be put in the place of the precatalizzatore!
