I would try it first without the desolder should read it...in the service manual, upa ec, the pin out..

Tried reading, but nothing. I attach the photo of the link that I found on the guide but I don't know the UPA and probably wrong settings. Are only 4 wires you need to connect?
The pin 9 mi from 1.05 volts, and reports it as the wrong value. I have to feed the 12 v ?

in the manuals the upa, there are two micro 68hc912d60,the first with 80-pin, and the second with 112-pin...your is with the 112 so you have to consider what it is right??
on pin 9 upa must be 5v you powered the upa with 12v?now I point you to the pin-to-follow
