For what I say, I, with the elm327 and multiecusan do it all on the group fiat/alfa/lancia, you can also make the diagnosis on other machines with other software, but not in detail as the multiecuscan software. If you do this profession, you should buy autocom, but if you're like me who has the hobby of change and repair if things just elm327 + adapters.
