    Solder pin spring on schedule

    Guys I have to solder the pin to the spring on the schedule of the bdm, those bosch no problem, but for those of siemens and marelli, which has very close... what equipment we want to? you just need a welder and hand firm?

    I confirm.. I recommend you to use a soldering iron with a low voltage with a fine tip, and of course the end of the pond.

    instead, to keep the pin in the right position? to solder them perfectly perpendicular.... I e xxx bosch I "traced" holes on a card to keep in place the pin, not me ? come think of any better solution...

    Eye out for? with the flux that fry and pu? to damage if you don't know how to use it! The method of tracing the holes on the card ? even my, at times I have also used sheets, 0.2 mm of dough sinks to keep the position of the pin!

    Enter the e xxx on the jig and get a quadrello of polystyrene, and you will see that remain still

    you can do this even without solder using a small vise and trying to maintain the perpendicular to the e xxx. You can build with panels already? drilled and tips with the spring there are various measures and steps in the shops of electronic components or, preferably, in the fairs of electronics.
