29f010b are compatible with 27C020 645F?

The 29f010 ? a flash memory (rewritable), while the 27c020 it wants us to be the appropriate tool in addition, the 29f010 in general ? SMD while the 27c020 ? DIP they are two different types are not compatible.

I would also like to add, confirming that the 27c020 you clear with UV and is written only with the programmer while the 29f010 you can rewrite it directly with the OBD interface read/write (assuming that the ecu is the same as you allow it).
