when the tool gives you the opportunity to also read quietly in the e2prom, and take a backup of the ecu.

Thank you for the response ugoboss, I tried to read this memory with the k tag , doing the backup and then read each eeprom 95320 modified with immo universal and then re-written but, unfortunately, from the diagnosis, the error code is related to modifying the ecu a edc16u34 Seat, for this, I ask how to calculate the checksum of this eeprom is to first rewrite them with ktag I noticed that immo universal does not speak of the checksum after editing the files but it says to check it, but how? I have noticed that software like Meucci make the checksum automatically, and however I can confirm that the reading with the tweezer not on all ecu's you can do scontrandomi with this edc16u34 I've noticed that on this you can read it with the pliers or with the tool or desolder the eeprom, I thank anyone who can teach me to calculate the checksum for this eeprom or in general

expect that I'm missing, here were talking about an ecu marelli 9fgf, now you talk about a edc16u34 vag, not to change topic on the same discussion, if you want to open another and post the new problem, in any case, usually when you immoff on the eeprom I do not correct myself, but there are sw that you do. on many ecu when you immoff in the diagnosis you have the error on the immobilazer but and normal.

To be able to do a partial, you need to read the e2p with a programmer such as I-terminal for example... and then you rivergina the code and rewrites it in, and how the mountains takes up the new code.

the values change from sw to sw, and I-terminal-for example, an ec-specific function to do it, or I hand, I make attempts at clearing the zone a little at a time and testing where is the right test after test... I reset an area in the e2p and write it, and I try, until I find the right area..

Thank you Dj piex for clarity , and I answer , I have understood the system and I believe that it is difficult for me to even why should I unsolder and solder several times the eeprom or solder temporarily a port eeprom sop spring to do the tests , however, I try to read it, desolder the eeprom so in the meantime, on these ecu understand that there is a difference between reading with the caliper and dissaldarla already if there were differences with the caliper do much before, however when we speak of the clear you intend to put FF in hex? Thanks again
