Giulietta 170 hp , in the opinion FAP off and rev limiter

I have a question to submit to you. This Giulietta EDC16c39 170 hp after luca stanca initially regenerating without recovery. Now it goes into recovery without a rebuild (at least with the previous frequency) . Bit clogging led to -4 after it is processed with sofrware Free. The car also has the sensor to neutral fault and the Rev Limiter does not work. Do you think it is done wrong the REV, or the problem is in the sensor? The Fap should be made more corrections? I can not find the bit set-up. The too-many-DTC reset does not interest me. The increases in the maps are pretty good, good increase, and zero smoke.
