hello, I was looking for the solution to raise the rail to a alfa romeo 147 jtd 115 hp over 1400 bar...should I take it to 1600 bar, having changed the high pressure pump with a a 2.4. hello mjet10 raise the rail pressure to an altitude of 1600 is impossible.the sensor is "blind"to 1500.the only way is to change the sensor with a higher type than the mjet and linearizzarlo later in the map.mount the pump in the 2.4 brings many benefits, the volume of flow remains always 100mmg of diesel,if you want the results of great relief it is best to review the pump by changing the pump.of course, this is a simple board!!I have tried everything

I am sure, the sensor jtd reads up to a maximum of 1500bar so you have to change it.

yes, you could get interesting results even with the original pump, but if you want more performance it is not essential to increase the pressure, you need to see if you can increase the range of diesel fuel injectors, and surely you can do it at least until you get to the flow limit of the pump. and you can do it without increasing the pressure.
the increase in pressure alone is "eaten " immediately by the control unit and does not produce the performance, if not accompanied by appropriate changes of contour.

Yes of course, get the sensor. However, as it has already been explained by Sergiot is not essential.
