Kess V2 ....version ????

I need a help to understand the version of kess V2, never used it, which I do not know the version of the firmware.
I tried with sw 2.10, 2.22, and 2.23 but it does not work; does not link with the ecu and having selected the family of the ecu plant it on the message "wait: the operation may take a few minutes".

I forgot to point out that externally, it is equal to those that they sell online with the firmware 5.017.

Open on their computers and before selecting a car bike etc.. click on the info button in the top left

Controlled, as for me you indicated that you are dealing with two different interfaces and two different problem:
1) interface clone version 4.036, (ciutilizzando on their computers 2.22 is NOT connecting right..........that version on their computers should I use?
2 interface which I think is a version from the official Master version 5.017, it allows to use the their computers 2.10, 2.22, and 2.23, after having selected the family of the ecu plant it on the message "wait: the operation may take a few minutes". ....what could it be?

For the problem of 4.036 and should also connect with 2.22, but the test for safety a 2.08 or 2.10 if you are not connecting you have to do the restore by changing the sd...

For the second type of ecu are you trying to read?

Tried with both interfaces, with more than one ecu 5AMHW610 and 59MHW010 (already tested with other interfaces).
To reprogram the sd card I have no idea how to do it. I have seen that there are two other box that I think used to this.

Try to change sd with new, and redo the entire installation of kess as the first time the 4036 you must at least connect

I have not clear if I have to format the sd card or replace with a new one and that capacity. If you can spiegarm if c 'and the other one to make since the kess I do not know your unlike other tools.

You have to put a new one without formatting the drive of a capacity of less than 2gb.

I think it's easier to delete the partition of the SD card which is already there in the Kess.
