Also check the relays related to the glow plugs if I remember correctly, should be marked with the number 100..
On some golf the 5 series however I had to replace the cablagetto of the glow plugs..
The vw provides and not the coast, not so..
The relay in the compartment fuses with the number 100 l I have seen but the module under the battery there is can you be more precise ?
In any case, there are 2,8 volts then the wiring should work
firing a stupid, is not that the module sends a low voltage to check that the glow plugs are all in place (2,8 volt)? and raises only if you find everything ok on the glow plugs?
also happened to me having to change the wiring.

I'm not sure that it is the wiring in my case, because the voltage of 2 volts is there then the wiring is intact otherwise I would have 0 volts (correct me if I say silly) for the first ignition of the picture for a few seconds, I can get 12 volts (a few seconds, I mean 1 or 2)
If the glow plugs are ok check the connector on the ecu and measure the voltage directly from the li, the problem may be them
the problem is the module of the glow plugs it is a little black box where the wires coming to the glow plugs
the glow plugs are new the wires of the glow plugs, they come in a plug the round inserted in the cylinder head I found the relay but should I replace it to test that the module of the glow plugs but I cannot find it I do not, it is reported even in ********
