The tests I did:
1)the Actuator is disconnected from the car and connected on the bench at 12v everything works regularly and runs.
2)attached in the car for the first few seconds spins then stops and goes jerky then stops .
3)removed l actuator removed the ingranaggini internal and connected only the motor in the internal actuator sullavettura for the first few seconds OK and then go to shots
4) moving the paddle with the hands, the fixed air change
