Hello guys, will update on this issue..
After you have done all the checks possible and have found that the car was working perfectly, apart from the white smoke, and still blew out, so to speak, that the cause of all was the centrifugal separator of oil vapours mounted on the cam of the intake of the bench to the left(looking at the engine from the front) that is not separated most of the oil from the vapors, but sent all the blow-by load of oil directly into the intake before the compressor..
There is neither we are realized by removing the intake manifolds because we believed the problem was attributable to the swirl, but in fact opening the whole we found all the circuit's chock full of oil and sludge...
However, the problem is that Mercedes does not provide the only separator that is clamped directly on the cam but a cam with a separator in modified however it costs a blunder... now we're looking at after you have cleaned everything to reassemble the car and by-passing the centrifugal separator stock with a filter vapors outside of the Mann-hummel an excellent product that we also use on tractors which is called the Pro-vent 200.
With the hope of resolving the problem..
We will keep you updated...
Azz.. sorry but white smoke is not smelled of oil? however, the end of travail goes..![]()
"The only thing that stands between you and your goal are the********* continue to tell you why you can not reach it."
The good thing was that the smoke smelled like burning oil because it dissolves the sludge egr and the manifold and took on a smell that seemed to fuel not burned perfectly...to aggravate the situation, then there was the fact that the white smoke was visible only to the minimum fermo..su the road to the first acceleration gave a sbuffata and all, but as soon as you fermavi, for example, a traffic light, start to smoke.. even this behavior did not make us immediately think of the oil vapours also because it happened on the Audi v6 3.0 tdi that due to issues with the filter oil vapours in the car fumassero at any time..
