    Problem fiat multipla error p0236

    Hi guys,I have a problem with a multipla 1.9 115hp

practically we start from the assumption that the car was already mapped and has blown up 3 turbines
I went to map it and eliminate the error of overpressure that came out every so often
the machine was good, but fumacchiava a bit
the previous map has pressure turbo in abundance, with peaks of 0.5 in more, that's why you probably smoked a little
It is that some day you present the error p0236 every time you try to pull the car and this is after 3 or 4 months when I tried to fix the car
the mechanic has changed the coil, map, and checked all the pipes etc..

I have also designed a problem in the intake manifold given that the previous mapper had not even plugged the egr.

We have tried pretty much everything except open the turbine to see the geometry.

According to you what could it be?

    You should start from basics..
you should work on the electronics on an efficient machine and not on the drive with problems of various natures, otherwise you need to entrust to the magic ball..
do the checks due you do not lose more than 30 minutes, the Geometry can also occur without the need to open the turbo.. and adjust them at the same time, however, the final adjustment is on the road..
0.5 in most of what 2500 mbar, 3000 mbar?
Ori what to do? if you impute the problem to the machine, put it ori, and verifies the correct operation
then if you're not convinced of the map put it that we put under analysis..

if you can help....I saw a quick google on site of garages

On this car from time to time, was error-pressure turbocharger above the maximum limit p0236, connect examiner imposed the recorder function and the way to test it on the road, from the charts that I see show that actually the pressure turbocharger measured exceeds approximately 0.2/0.25 bar pressure target, control the tightness of the pneumatic circuit of control of the variable geometry, and I note a loss of the tubes, hard pitted valve an overboost cause rubbing, turn the machine to the customer that goes well, but after a fortnight the turbine exploded with great smoke. The client port from a colleague of Nuoro because the same had replaced the turbine time before, and then he would have had to sost. in warranty, unfortunately for him, this has not occurred due to the unrecognized guarantee on the part of the fingers are the manufacturer, and then installed a turbine taken from a machine that before you bumped it was perfect. At this point recurs the defect error P0236 back from me, the pneumatic circuit in place, the new recorder function, but this time the examiner betrays me and does not register at all due to internal error, I decided to rely on the diagnostic wizard, error relief under the minimum limit, the likely cause: pressure sensor, wiring harness, valve an overboost or wiring, ecu
faulty, after checking the sensor, all the wiring indicted, tried the new valve was all that remained to the more drastic solution, but by booting the machine from my worker at hand of the moment(my Wife)ops: I realize that the tie-rod of the command variable geometry to the eye does not make the total excursion. The moral capsule of the command variable geometry with a draft, sost. and perfect machine, I wonder why usually I prefer to make the diagnosis without

I'm sorry, the car now has the original map and the problem persists

0.5 bar and more, he was to be referred to the original pressure of a multi-115hp which to me seems to be 1,15 (I don't remember)
    then a little more

Errecinque,we have looked good the turbine and the fungus does not seem to have problems

    perfect ..
now or has a geometry that is jammed then it should be cleaned etc that you can also check without dismantling anything.. which to me seems strange given that they have replaced the turbo 3 times..
but more likely to go, and adjusted the geometry..
to decrease pressure you have to lengthen the rod...
I'd recommend you to give it 180° then 1 round at a time, and with a tool to do log on the road and uphill to put under stress until the parameter had to..
and a classic I get a lot of cars, especially Vag and turbo replaced or reconditioned with "calibration bench" do not make it or they're going to lock to an incorrect adjustment of the Geometry...
this is very normal because every engine has fluid dynamics or combustion different etc..

Look,I also thought I to the adjustment of the geometry but the one that makes me think otherwise is,because when they assembled the turbine did not experience these problems except for the occasional recovery with error overpressure, and now pretty much goes into recovery every pull with a different error that indicates the solenoid?

because you already disassembly of the valve and VGT leads to a variation of the operation..
and I'll tell you I changed the choirs axes without touching the valve, and, anyway, me had to make a regulated on-road..

cinqueturbo there is a theory to make the adjustment of the actuator to the turbo? I don't want to go off topic but I have a similar problem with a multiple.....

sportknight the filter of the solenoid valve and clean?

They are more inclined to practice and the theories...
Which theory are you looking for?
The pressure and high reach, the race
The pressure Low and it actually shortened the race
