hello racanacci, prementto who are not expert in chiptuning..what are you going to read multiple protocols? do you mean that it's not okay for all the manufacturers, or that the same car can't do everything that you could via OBD?

If you go to the official website of multiecuscan you take out many of the curiosity you listed and would not only fiat but also alfa, lancia, chrysler and suzuki (at least the latest release).
Alternatively, there are many brands type "Delphi" and many others, but change markedly the costs.
ELM is one of the most easy to acquire.
