    injectors golf 5

    I have a golf 5 2.0 tdi bkd, and this morning I replaced the grommets of the injectors because there were traces of oil in the filter of the diesel, and because sometimes in the morning struggled to start. the engine until this morning it was a bomb, pulled down by fear. replaced the pads, reassemble everything, and I immediately notice a minimum quieter. so far so good. I go out with the machine, give it time to warm up and then I try on the highway. with the high gears it seems to have a fire1.2, when enter a couple shakes. at high rpm everything is almost ok, enough mushy-but do not tremble, at least. then rismonto the cover of the tappet, before I had logged the injectors to the stop - 180° now I put them in the 225. nothing to do always the same. now I thought, since the bolts that hold in place the injectors, I didn't narrow much, in fact I would be afraid that they are slow/spanati, it could be that an injector air bleeds and the compression was going to end up in the circuit of the diesel? I don't know just what to do. would you help me?

    those injectors pump them have a mount that is precise, as the positioning and adjustment, for me, are not adjusted or positioned well.

    The adjustment is right I think, I've done similar, I've heard the pompista before and told me that they go like the others. For mounting, the tightening of the screws, it all seems obbiligato

    And if I clean the atomizers with a brush??? Wear the holes? The pompista said that can be massive, but it is not the first time I do, I've done that lately with the injectors, the Mercedes and the piezoelectric

    Of course I may be the one!!I blocked injectors siemens only smontandoli! I think this time you have not been "lucky" but brush them is rischiosissimo!

    Not to be done absolutely!!!..
    I want to clean the fouling of the tips using caustic soda, in grains dry so to speak, out new as from the industry...

    If you have brushed the atomizers... The tips..definitely you have blocked the holes of the same..they are so small that the brush can tapparli...

    Eh I know that I will have to change the nozzles.. What do you say is the case of taking of the firad + 30%? In the map I know that is lowered, the duration of 30% to a maximum rpm, but I must decrease even at low rpm? Surely, then, do I need to adjust the map advance decreasing to some degree. Or you say, better to let it stay? The turbine is the maximum that montero will be a hybrid with the compressor side of the pd 170
