Repair mass air flow sensor a-class 140

Hello all,wanted to ask if there is on the forum the procedure for the repair of mass air flow sensor of this class.
The car is valid for two errors a and P0100 air flow and the other is P-0133 oxygen sensor.when I accelerate the engine grumbles as do not reach the fuel.diagnosis or seen the parameter is air flow rate to 0 when I accelerate not sign of life.

These cars are equipped with the mass air flow sensor in a single block with the ecu, the engine,in the area here in naples, them repair,but I have also read on various forums mercedes the resistors you can find and buy on the internet and repair it from the se,the one to which one must pay attention is the direction of one of the two resistors...

Hello all,the client Monday he brings me the mass air flow sensor is the body farfallto repaired.the technician also wanted the body farfallto to adapt it to the ecu,I was told that year changed the blades. I ask to the more experienced ,but the technician who repairs the ecu relies on the help of companies type alientch size sport etc. etc.?,or there are other companies that make only these types of interventions?and what kind of equipment it takes?
