    2.0 tdi bkd part evil

I have a golf 5 2.0 TDI engine bkd 16v, and if it remains a night at the first starting part 3 as if it were slightly drain the diesel fuel filter. I have already? changed the gasket of the filter, checked the pressure of the electric pump in the tank and the spark plugs. If parking the car down, the problem disappears, while if the parking uphill, accelerating, and not just a little. How can I fix that? The car I got it used and it has started from a few weeks after that I have taken to make the defect

The problem can? be due from the series of o-rings of the injectors..
get a full set and replace the spaces at the 99% and them the problem, there are already? the past..

Then those o-ring should separate the tappets from the bowl where the fuel injectors fish oil right? If it were so? I would not have an increase in the ****llo the oil due to the diesel? And then it is only downhill? I would not like to be wrong, but it seems that the problem is ? presented after-the-fact distribution... also Accompanied by a sort of knock for the first 3-4 seconds after the first ignition(doesn't it ? the noise of the tappets).

Put a simple non-return valve on the pipe that carries the fuel to the filter... you will see that resolve with a few euros.

In the workshop I happened to have 2 Audi A4 2.0 TDI a 2005 and the other in 2007 with the problem that you've described. After several tests and checks (I also replaced the o-rings of the injectors) I noticed that the machines were consuming water. As a result, I removed the head, I made it correct, replaced the head gasket and reassembled everything. Did this job, the machines are games very well and to now have not had any problem. However, a friend who works in a dealership audi told me that some cars with engines 2.0 TDI have had problems with the injectors that were replaced under warranty if they had those Siemens... Are replaced with bosch injectors.... however, also checked the tandem pump, it can lose pressure and therefore finds it hard to leave....

Then a week ago in the evening after a day of downtime, does not put himself in motion, then what do I do I remove the drain plug on the filter, and I hear a sucking sound, I open the filter and it was completely empty.refit, I do the bleeding and starts digging with a nice white smoke of unburned diesel. Buy now new filter and put the non-return valve on the delivery side. Now slightly better but still for the first 2 seconds after paecchio that ? stop mumbled. I would add that it does not consume water and oil, I made a sign on the bowl and in 3000 miles is not ? never dropped an inch. If they were, the rubbers, I would not have other symptoms? Type slight increase in the oil?

The symptom ? common to a large number of laboratory tests and, when it happens random , crazy. I'm on a similar engine have never been able to solve after changing the o-ring injectors, control head, adding non-return valves, replacement and tandem control pump, the flow from the tank, remap... has To be noted that at the dealer they didn't know which fishes to catch, and the diagnosis did not indicate anything, even in the full manifestation of the defect.
In the end I don't know what happened to this car but I think the owner if he is freed by a piece.

As the problem ? appeared after I did the distribution, and at this point, with the valves dinnon return ? pi? a problem of diesel, I'll try to check the phase, as these engines are also sensitive to a few degrees of phase shift, perhaps due to a ring of a few milliseconds difference. I should I get a cable vag as the diagnostic tool that I have in the workshop does not allow me to do the check
