Mapping the ecu fiat punto - part 1 - exclusion egr valve

Good evening, after having acquired a wealth of information on this forum I decided to put myself to work. As the title suggests I would like to start from the exclusion of the EGR valve, I found two good programs that do this automatically, but I would like to understand how and where to act, in general, to rule out the EGR valve.

    My car:

    Fiat Punto 188 Version Speed
    the 1.3 Multijet 70CV
    ECU Marelli 6JF.

For each step, I would like your help, since? college student I can't afford to break anything.

As the software I'm using ECM Titanium 1.61.

    Thanks in advance.

first of all, I would recommend you learn a p? to use winols, that to change ? for sure a notch above the ecm
I titanium I use it only to search for maps, compare files, etc why? I find it the most? how immediate viewing
you I would start to post your original file, if not already present, in the special section that at least we have a reference to help you
also, you should begin to read the whole discussion, that even if you do not see the attachments to secure it begins to give you an idea
    http://www.professionalchiptuning.ne...-impariamola!=
however, the exclusion egr on these ? so simple that it's not worth to use programs, is seeking the value 14252 (should be the last one you can find) and take it to the 47506
then email the file mod that let's see if ? right

I started to take a look, this ECU seems to be very complicated. The value to disable the EGR ? only that? I read on the internet that there may be more? values. The address of that value how can I find it? Varies ECU in the ECU?

? the first ecu that studies? you in some ways ? complicated why? has conversion factors strange, and many maps have the axis reversed
for other ways to? doesn't it ? why? the logic of management ? pi? simple other
however, trusted that when you make a p? the eye becomes easy
in your case you talk about marelli 6JF, fitted with all the 70 hp, while the 75 and 90 mountain 6F3
for all of these speech egr ? the same, just the single bit
for the mjet pi? new changed version of it, there are 8DF them the address changes slightly

You ? the first ECU. Regarding the EGR, was wondering if the fact of the address. What would it be, and, in general, how is it? I would like to understand the principle ... Starting from the assumption that the EGR Valve operates like a switch that turns off at high revs, strictly speaking, dovre

Starting from the assumption that the EGR Valve works like a switch that turns off at high rpm, strictly speaking, should I replace the values "opening" those "closure". I don't understand? how and where to find the values that relate to the EGR.

let's say that, in general, without a minimum of documentation on the ecu that you are studying (for example, the guides made by users, discussions, damos best of all) not only can you find maps of interest, and once you become a p? pi? expert at a glance you will be able to recognize something
specifically, from what I understand, it seems that the egr-bit corresponds to a voltage of activation, and then bringing it to the pi? at the top of what the battery sees? to provide is not attiver? never
really? not ? just a switch, in the area of this bit ? also a map of operation the egr why? the valve does not ? only open or closed, but can? also be choked
the address of the various maps, bit the egr including, varies according to the software version, then without your original file can not be pi? accurate if you do not tell you to seek 14252, and take the last result that you find

Yes, I take a moment reipilogo of the situation. I have found several files ori on the internet of Point 1.3 Multijet 70CV, for? no one matches the serial of my ecu. Are equivalent? In the sense, I can learn how to make changes on these files and then falr on the file it will go? reading from my car? I noticed, also, that by loading the various files ori on ECM Titanium, I come out of the various "types" of the driver found, for? when the maps troco are always the same. I assume that changes only the serial, but the editing process is the same. I am attaching the file ori on which I'm focusing.
