    processing 1.3 mjet 90hp

hi guys I would have this doubt on the processing of a 1.3 90hp mounted on a astra gtc.
the 90 hp uses a variable geometry turbine, the upgrade then, in theory, would be, or to increase my turbine ori., or adapt to another as, for example, that of the 1.6 mjet 120 hp... right?
the injectors and pump, you can always adopt those of the 120 hp?
I pose these questions to those who may have or have done on this engine to go beyond just the mapping.
surely the original clutch replaced with a reinforced( even why? gi? with a map thrust ? their reliable), and, especially, in maintaining reliability? of the engine without incurring a failure or another.
    thanks a lot in advance.

The turbine of the 1.6 won't be able to fit... all the other system, both of the attacks of implementation, as well as the injectors and pump, these two engines are completely different. Theoretically you could mo0ntare the turbine of the 1.6 PSA and change the injectors and pump with components increased.

Hello louis, this engine supports several upgrades, it depends on the things you look for in the car, that degree of reliability? you want ports, the other important thing is the budget that you have available.......

Trusted mounts mounts... and there are hundreds with the turbine (including me) and you say? pi? c'? who also runs with turbines derived from giulietta 2.0 170cv c'? work to do but trust is the management ? pi? simple, what do you think wastegate pressure. discourse clutch if you have the 6-speed gearbox m20 non c'? the reinforced clutch to your flywheel (bimassa)? the problem is even exceeds in this case going to fly monomassa and reinforced clutch I would also add a nice intercooler and 6 horse... it all depends on what you want from the car and how much you want to spend of course, they can prove to us? I say

kids of that time, the budget I specified because I really don't know what you could do, the car still should as said be reliable, even in the long run, the clutch, I have heard of the edit mono mass of the flywheel and clutch, reinforced my exchange ? a 6-speed.
so ultimately, injectors, pump, could I do to increase my own?

louis if you are looking for a car performance ? one thing, if you are looking for car for 1/4 the Mhp ? another thing, change processes and change costi.................

Sure the injectors can increase easily and you also notice a nice difference

If then you have to make the map I recommend not to overdo it.
P.S. also, change the air filter or put a sports

hello luigi,I think that we felt well tefonicamente because you are in our area and you had to come find us to check the mapping, but in the end, you are no longer made alive,we are now in the new shop is much larger with much of the test bench power braked at every way to mount the turbine of the 1.6 according to me, would be the giuto compromise, but go to a turbine of the 2.0 170cv you would definitely end power and you can work at pressures higher with more reliability, but at 100% with a nice turbo lag at the bottom if you look at the icon you tube there are all our video of the car rolled in the workshop including a bravo 1.6 jtdm 120 hp with intercooler, and the turbine of the 2.0 jtdm 170cv, and I have to say that it's strong but still has a little turbo lag, and then evaluates what do you want to get that more power and more turbo lag, or the right power and the right compromise between torque-power,I am on the phone or written on the web I have also heard of 1.3 mjet from 200cv without turbo lag, but trust me, I have to laugh, at least until I go up to try the machines and admitting that I have sbalgiato,if you take a car from 90hp, with some changes and get to 150 hp and the same car with a turbo bigger, that comes to 170cv I guarantee you that on the road the 150 hp and is much more beautiful to drive and with a couple is certainly superior.

but why are all set with these turbines more large taken from other engines??...if you mount the turbine 1'6 maybe, the high will be better but it will have a turbo lag too large and will be a bitch to drive... it's better to other turbines or, at least, it's better to modify the nut of the 1.6 before you try to mount...I fully agree with msport
