Suzuki Vitara 1.6 8V minimum Problem

Hello, I have a problem with this old car ? with monoiniettore micuni, and electronic mitsubitshi. the problem ? minimal heat, which remains too high over 1500-1800 rpm. cold no problem and the minimum ? down and adjust. I have to say that the valve which serves for the cold enrichment, does not exist any more ? been replaced by the owner in "emergency" with a cylinder of teflon.(apart from having to speed up a bit with temperatures below zero was fine). I have run the adjustment procedure of the minimum as in the manual but I cannot get it to go below 1500 (more of this, I can't unscrew the screw) Clean body farlallato and changed all the tubes of depression. checked the solenoid valve of the minimum. The code flashing does not detect errors(not c'? another diagnosis on this ecu). I replaced the electrolytic capacitors in the ecu, why? some were erupted, but without solving the problem. Has anyone had similar experiences?

If I remember correctly the valve that you say it was just to increase the rpm cold (bypass) the wide choice is performed through flow injector, according to me the problem ? in that change, try to plug in some way, the throttle body, if not extinguished, it means that you have an air passage somewhere.

If I remember correctly, you can lower the engine by unscrewing the joke of the butterfly valve.
