fiat ducato 3.0 jtd butterfly valve

I have a problem with a ducato 3.0 arrived in the workshop with light engine turned on, I made the diagnosis, and the diagnosis I found the following errors, the p0402 egr and p0638 throttle valve.
I replaced both valve control egr and throttle on the intake manifold that jump a lot.
The problem arises already from the order of the butterfly valve-two port types, one in aluminum ( like mine ) and a plastic , to say the fiat that c'? a modification and they sent me the plastic with a cable for the mod.
Installed everything I put in motion, and I'll try it . after a little light engine turned on, within the workshop diagnosis and still error p0638 of the valve.
I made a diagnosis of active and the valve is working checked the plug and ? everything is ok, the strange thing ? that every time this error even when turned off to me permanento or intermittent, and in detail tells me the circuit is open.
The thing that I noticed ? that in the plug (cable car ) there are 4 wires on the plug, instead of in the thread of the mod that goes to the valve 3.
There ? never happened something like that?

You can't just turn off the dtc why? the middle with the error p0638 goes into recovery if you're only dtc off.
However, there are solutions to turn off the valve, but I think that none of you gifts.
I think that you should contact directly the service file of the forum and feel directly to them

I have already? off the egr then gi? not working but only in the process of shutting down, which for me is not ? a problem.
The means am I trying to do and seems to be going well , I just wanted to delete the dtc to not have any problems with that code, that's all.
