    elm 327 can't get it work with ***********

    Hi

    As is well known, the elm 327 with EDF does not communicate if not ssi change the hw.
    I have version 1.5, written on the box, but inside ? a 1.2

    I tried to remove R4 and nothing

    I put R4 and I removed R24 by placing a jumper between pin 6 of the pic and the component U1, but nothing.
    Known that before I recognized a vagcom in the com port 4 and an elm327 in the com6. Now only the vagcom on com4.

    any advice?

    and popi why? all of these changes,I usually I prepare it by removing a resistor to get it to communicate via adapters to the other ecu of the car as the body,aibag,abs, etc etc

    on the 2 that I have done is always the same resistance,but usually as quality? ? better that plastic personally

    ? the version with the box in aluminium grey. above c'? written v 1.5, but on the inside ? a v 1.2
    not ? bluetoth but usb.

    Remember what the resistance take?

    If you want to use *********** with all of its functions ELM 1.2 is not good, you need to have from 1.3 up so you can do reset sevice using the n adapter?3.

    I'm trying an ELM327-in-box. The only evidence that I have been able to do the tour since I have not under a vehicle Fiat or Alfa.
    I tried to make a diagnosis (always-the-counter) with a ecu Magneti Marelli for Ducati and it works.
    Then I tried to make a diagnosis (always at the desk) and a controller IAW59FHW303, using FiatEcusScan (vers. 3.4.2 and 3.6) but can not connect. I don't see the ECU.
    In this moment I do not have a vehicle to do some test and I wanted to test it at the counter.
    The version of the ELM 327 that I'm trying ? the one in the box with the writing on ELM 1.5 (I have read on the forum that the version may not be 1.5).
