alfa romeo 4C with the problem of electronic management

hello all, I wanted to ask a question to the tuner electronics, the car in question the customer is using it all day for work, and also goes on the track.the car is fitted with a gearbox tct dual-clutch.

    list the jobs to run.

    1) riproggrammazione ecu tuner famous in the north.
    2) assembly of differential sports.
    3) revision of the turbo with a change to the oil passage diameter.
4)the car now delivers 313 hp and maybe something more 400nm

so now I will explain the problem, after that year mounted to the differential sports are born with the problems, because the mechanic who mounted and the differential mounted to the clutch speed is equal to the reverse.the customer came to us in the workshop to solve this problem, after several tests, we disassembled the gearbox and we saw that there was the clutch gears mounted to the reverse.the tested machine tested all ok ,and delivered to the customer after a few days it goes on the track doing some laps of the track and after a while throws out the oil from the oil pan.back in the workshop but I have not found anything, and also the values are in place.

my question is this, according to you ,saw that the engine control unit and mapped, while that of the currency and the original.could this last unit, make it hard to be behind the control unit?

which oil are you talking about? if you are talking about engine oil then know that the 4c has the system "cool down system"...
that is, the cooling of the turbine with the engine off.. in short, as the racing cars to understand..
then I got these when they make the machines do not even have the good sense to try the machines before delivery??

hello marcuc the oil leaking and the actuator tct .I wanted to understand if the process of developing the engine control unit, which in some way could go in a crisis, the electronics of the transmission.
precisely, the control unit of the exchange and the original.

here there was a recall campaign for the loss of oil of the actuator tct... hope only that your 4c is between these.. go to the dealership and make check if the frame of your is among the ones recalled... but anyway, I think after changing the turbine and the differential, as a minimum, to be made a map, even if the tct..it is true that the exchange rate adapts to the parameters of the engine control unit, but it is still advisable to do this map because in the map there are many torque limiters and speed....change gears more quickly is only one of the many benefits that you may have on this machine. and then, according to me, may also review the map engine...313cv are a few for all the work done.. but I can also be wrong and there went the soft way..

hello lightning.. at the dealer with chassis number must verify if the change tct, which can mount your 4c is among those "defective".. try another dealership... we all know how they work for the majority of the dealerships.......

Hello all , I bring some updates, the client reassembled again kat and lowered a bit of power, the car goes well enough ,the problem of oil leakage from the group tct it is stretched ,the problem is after many laps of the track.in the meantime, or found an oil with higher boiling point .shell spirax 6s atf.
But the electronic control unit of the exchange can process it ? So that should not be in crisis?

Trivial question...it was mounted well to the change? Sincerely I can not understand in what sense have mounted the gearbox to "conversely," in the event you checked if the components have suffered? Also, check the temperatures, it is possible that overheats, perhaps because it is already mapped(difficult) or the sensors inside, mechatronics, electro-valves have sold because the couple handled poorly
