Central locking system Alfa 147

Hi all.. I Wanted to know if any of you happened the same problem.. few days ago, the 147 is not closed.. When I close the machine is with the remote or with the button inside the cockpit, the machine closes and reopens by itself..I tried to close with the key but nothing..

I did the diagnosis with autocom and it brings me this error code
"9013 relay Signal to lock central locking system below the max limit,"..
