Problem panda 1.2 naturalpower power

Hi I have a problem with a Fiat Panda 2009 1.2 natural power, the car starts but the engine runs as if it goes to 3 cylinders,and the diagnosis always gives me bobina1 I changed the coils, spark plug wires and spark plugs all original,but the car doesn't want to know.
I assume that the problem is the engine control unit because I have already had experiences of this type on the 1.2 petrol,but there is a difference on point with a few hundred euro the compravi the cent. and it was there,now with these natural power to purchase a unit the engine ask more than 600€,
I know that someone opens and fails to fix can I get help to repair it I also?

the control unit sk of the panda suffers from this defect!!!

the ecu that would be a 59AF.SK can you repair it you have to be good with a soldering iron...

Guys in another forum I saw a detailed card with photos of the repair who has more info why not post a little lines to help those who have not ever repaired?

I do repair from a amiko and I see that it takes a lot of patience and I don't have!!! species in the open !!!

also I would be interested in the procedure restorative, I learned that you have to open them and change something if not even replacing some compomente but have never been able to figure out what.

But it is a ecu IAW 59F Mxx ( located on the throttle body) or a IAW 4AFxx ( located near the battery ) ?
