the problem at the change of direction drive citroen c2 vtr

Hi all, I have a problem with the c2 to my wife, and a 1.6 16v vtr with the change of the sense drive, a couple of months after buying going into the exchange always changed worse tearing and sfrizionando, l I took it to citroen to do the learning, and for a while was fine after a couple of months is re-presented the same problem by disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes and riattaccandola the exchange rate is the autoapprendimenti and it Goes fine , but after 2 months about back the same, now I wonder if it can be the controller of the exchange or the actuator....... did anyone ever have a similar problem? Good job to all. .......

I think it has a mechanical adaptation to do before the electronics..
the fork should have a tolerance of 45-100, if the problem occurs every two months is not to be attributed to the control unit or the actuator, perhaps, more to the use of the drive and paths (Steep Climbs, Traffic)..

Usually this solves the problem with adattameto gears and clutch with a diagnosis.
You must attavare a battery charger when doing the adaptation.

Watch I have a delta 1.6 mjt with robotised gearbox and I never had to re-do the learning of the clutch,if qst adjustment is lost something from point e, Go. ..if it was worn clutch not really good and then after the learning...I would check electrically. The battery is in good condition? Calì voltage in the start-up phase, can cause the defects of the genre

    I had a problem quite similar to yours on a C1 1.0 3-cylinder engines...
them into practice consumes a connecting rod between the fork clutch and the actuator...
just restore the dipstick and the headquarters of the same in the fork clutch maybe bringing material by welding, and the change is expected to return to work correctly...
A rider does not create queues even in the car...
a automoblista create queues even on a motorcycle...
