    opel meriva 1.3 mjt 75hp problem with fap

    hello to the whole forum.*****and from the title I would like to open this discussion, I think useful to non-experts like me, on a opel meriva 1.3 mjt 75hp..
    these days the owner of the car in question, I reported that the performance had dropped considerably, as if it was under stress. this morning, practically the car could not pi? to accelerate, or better at idle and the throttle down the rpm doesn't go over the 3000.. from the dignasi was a mistake to fap..now I ask you more? experts..pu? be that the fap is so clogged, which limits the performance of the engine in a way cos? drastic and that in turn has clogged both the intake manifold that the egr???

    with a recovery "failure"active in the ECU, the car does not accelerate, however, regardless of the clogging or less..

    however, it is well known that these EGR systems & FAP on the 1.3 Mjt give them and even the worst problems "Car burning up the motor fusion"..

    now to the question, I quote;

    of course!!!
    pi? clogs the FAP ir? soot retrieves The EGR and clogs up the intake, etc, etc,

    Thanks a lot cinqueturbo..so if we eliminate all the fap and istallo a tube no fap ripulisco the whole exhaust system and, of course, also the egr..all topped off with a beautiful map should it all go as smooth as oil, right

    you need to remove also the management of the dpf from the ecu.

    Take this opportunity to also ask if ? possible that the reading of the ecu with the kess give me as time is 1 hour and 40 minutes...from my limited experience I do not ? ever had a time cos? long to read..max found 40 minutes

    But excluding the fap and egr closed to biennial testing what I can? result..considering the fact that the fap is replaced with a dawnpipe (I don't know if it is actually called so?) anyway, straight-tube

    I refit the FAP and proceed to the testing normally...
