Hello. to unsolder there are several methods.. explain them here would take a life.. I advise you to get a ride on youtube there are videos teaching you where to learn things that are more important..
the temperature also depends on what we're unsoldering or soldering, however, is around 250 ?
then as said it depends on what..and always with a soldering station.. where you can adjust the temperature to unsolder that for welding
