    error p2563 lancia musa 95cv 2010 199b100 dpf

    hi all, on Saturday I have brought a car with the engine light on, I do a diagnosis, and I see the error p2563... Range/performance circuit 1 sensor position control turbocharger turbocharger... and I start to check:

    the behavior of the machine ? that rises to over 4000 rpm... pressure turbine non-existent... even all the accelerated... works pretty much sucked

    piping depression turbine... perfectly healthy...
    sensor boost works...
    egr works
    the pressure sensor in the manifold works


    the only abnormal behavior ? that at a minimum the actuator on the turbine does open and close and then go to sleep and the error appears...
    however, if the gate and the error I put in motion and accellero the machine no problem error disappeared and perfectly compressed... air pressure diagnosis over 1800mb...
    as soon as it drops below 2000 rpm... returns the actuator to make it up and down? then stops and returns the error...

    I inform you that when it's up and down? you hear a puff of air... ? this normal behavior?

    can you help me?

    but the fact that it goes up and down? the look from the diagnosis or to see to the eye?

    Check the tubes, depression and value of the vacuum if all ok replace the dispense valve
    (pierburg)

    the dispense valve ? working perfectly proven by the diagnosis... and the tubes as well ... the problem according to me ? the actuator... why? lose the depression, and continues to do it up and down?...by go in til the sensor positioned on the same...

    for? to spare not to give it to them... the entire turbine damn...

    however you can see to the eye...

    try to attack a gun vacuum to the polmocino and see if it loses pressure.

    you gave me did you try with the blower-vacuum-0.8 millibars if this is the case, and does not hold the position of board replacement

    if you've mounted a vacuum pump to the actuator of the variable geometry and you will see that you lose you have to replace it.
    In stock fiat ? including the turbo (lot of money) if you find someone overhauls turbines pu? change the actuator only.
