I have one ecu from reno clio 2002 model with the ecu iaw 5nr

How to read this Hybrid chip 95160 original from Board????
I removed the IMMO but not working properly the clio
When the engine temperature rises, the car goes into safe operation
I've cut the +30V and I have given with opening SWITCH +12V
For eprom I have used classical of trade
The problem is the safe operation and lasting harm that leads to the throttle
