Almimentazine dc read and write serial

Greetings to all, sorry for the banality of the questions but I am still traumatized from a EDC15C7 I planted almost a year ago (and soon I'll have to do a ecu is the same)

In the READING from obd is never necessary to stabilize the battery with a load or with a power supply right?

I see in update units, a charger with a display that arrived to indicate an absorption of more than 30A...

I have two (valid) stabilized power supplies, one from 30 and one from the 20TH ... in writing do you think it is sufficient to connect only one 30A to the battery or can I feel comfortable just using them both?

    thanks for the tips.
