check the sensors "Abs" and the measured speed with the target in the diagnosis, the problem may be an incorrect velocity measurement from the abs, when you lower the clutch pedal switch sends a signal to the abs through the line c-can informs the engine control unit, also, try to put in motion the car and unplug the abs and after that lower the pedal to see if it makes the same problem
