В Лямбда at DFEC0 you can see 1,589 at 4000 rpm supposing ТБР=1000 mg/hub

Але 1000/1,589/14,5 = 43,4 мг IQ allowed and you want 53,9 мг IQ.

То лямбда should be 1000/53,9/14,5 = 1,279
