info correction km audi a3 (2007)

Hi guys...I purchased an audi a3 2007 with 100,000 km on the instrument panel...before buying I checked with the vag in the engine control unit and the km corresponded to the framework, and better still, the seals of the ecu the engine were original... and then I was calm...but after a few months scanning every single unit known to a error in the ecu, klimatronic with a freeze frame that records a city of about 260,000 in 2013...now I ask you..is possible that in addition to having lowered the km to the framework have lowered as the ecu engine via serial? there is a way to find out? thanks in advance

perfect then you cannot make an alignment between qusdro and the ecu??? only by rewriting the eeprom of the framework to solve?
